Beef & Noodles - Ramen Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles Oriental flavor- try to find low sodium
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons green onion sliced
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Cook turkey and onion in non-stick skillet. Season with one of the seasoning packs from the Ramen. Drain if needed. Set aside
  • In skillet, combine water, veggies, broken up noodles, ginger and remaining seasoning packette, bring to boil. Cover, simmer 3 minutes until noodles are soft.
  • Add meat back into skillet, stir until warm. serve.
