Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups pasta
  • 1 package chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Sesame Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • .75 teaspoon soy sauce
  • .5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 1 dash sesame seeds
  • 1 bag "power blend" veggie mix

Instructions
 

  • Heat up water, cook pasta
  • Cut chicken into medium sized chunks.
  • toss chicken breasts in oil and soy sauce in a pot until cooked through, adding more soy sauce/sesame oil as needed
  • While cooking, put all the dressing ingredients together, put aside until chicken is done
  • Let chicken rest a few minutes, then dice chicken, toss in large bowl with pasta, dressing, sesame seeds, onions, veggie mix.
