Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 2 medium green & red pepper diced
  • 2 cups lactose free milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups aged cheddar cheese (aged over 6 months - removes the lactose)
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • .5 tablespoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • brown turkey, toss in onions
  • once cooked, add all ingredients besides cheese, bring to boil with medium high heat. I'm pretty liberal with the spices, sometimes a little more doesn't hurt.
  • once boiling, turn heat to low and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the pasta is soft, stirring occasionally.
  • Once noodles are soft, remove from heat, stir in cheese. Serve warm.
